Foundations is completed in a private training environment (now 3-4 sessions private 60-minutes sessions) between the coach and the foundations client.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit you may graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience!
Working out at the gym isn't easy. But getting there shouldn't be hard. CFT Fitness is located and easily accessible from all of Tracy.
